It was tied and photographed by Davie Mcphail, I tie flies for my own use but this kind of moves it to an art form in my opinion.

It was on a fly tying vice Soup and taken with the sigma 70-300 in macro mode. Used a small table lamp for a bit light from the side then removed the tungsten effect in PS raw
