Goldcrest on a Cotoneaster

Very nice, beautiful bird against a pleasing background.....on a decent perch, what's not to like :)

Lots of new lightweight stuff coming on the market den .. worth thinking about
 
Just superb. A difficult bird to photograph, as its always on the move never. A couple of years ago we had them bouncing off our windowsill. They were just too quick for me to grab a shot!
 
Digital perfection :) the sharpness of the bird and complementary BG work very well in my humble opinion

Big thanks to all that took time to comment my passion for wildlife will never leave me, and I must admit that my passion for photography took a nose dive but thanks to friends who have invited me to many natural history society meetings (and photography clubs) it's still there...
