Golden light from the birch leaves turning colour at last . . . Autumn is late this year and with gales forecast I wonder how many will be left on the tree in the morning and plenty to rake off the grass in the morning!
 
A good capture fangman with a great pose, the bird seems in focus but I am not sure what has been done to it :shrug: as the detail seems to be a bit washy so to speak. It would be interesting to see the original shot for comparison ;)

I think I was experimenting with the noise removal in Lightroom beta 3 that has smoothed the breast feathers
