Golden hour in Richmond Park

Went out on the promise of clear skies this morning and the sunrise lining up with some interesting London skyline. Initially it didn't look promising, some low cloud in the distance interfering with the sunrise, breezy so no mist and the skyline in question was not looking great!!

However I persevered and once the sun got a bit higher it started to shed some lovely golden haze through the clouds and light up the road nicely, then a cyclist came into view. In the end I was quite pleased with these and it was much better than I initially feared.

For me, it's two. The first image with the blurred birds, cyclist all detract. There's all a bit too much going on

The second is a simpler composition, yet still a whole picture and I find it very pleasing.
