Thanks James,...I have been having a play around with Lightroom Denoise to see how it performs on these above images, I'm happy with the results but perhaps a tad over sharpened.

Two very nice shots, though tbh they both give me cramp just looking at those feet .
Neither looks over sharpened to me.
