A couple of tips rather than a hyperlink...
1) don't bother with the Nikon D300 course unless you don't really know your way around the camera at all. Nikon have some good courses, this wasn't one of them!
2) on a better note, Amateur photographer (26 July edition) has a good four page user guide around the new features not on the D200. Well put across article on D-Lighting and lighting situations, customisation of menus, af options.
Digitutor is an excellent resource which I used when I first bought my D300 a few months ago.
