Good deal for D90?

I've been offered a mint D90 (taken 120 shots) with a 35mm f1.8 and 18-70mm (both Nikon) as well as a Flipside 200 bag and 67mm circular polariser. I know the history so confident it's all in great condition. My friend is asking for 500 quid, does that sound about right?
 
The only thing that sounds dodgy is the 120 shots!

Doesn't seem a bad deal at all :) Nice starter pack, good price, especially if the camera is that un-used! must be mint.
 
It was an insurance replacement for a D70s, I've seen and checked the EXIF data so no worries on that :)
 
Sounds about right to me...

£300 for the camera, £110 for the 35mm, £80 for the 18-70 and then the bag and filter.

Take a little off because he's your friend and he probably wants to help you out and you have the £500.

Good price, not a strange price though.
