Good place for Birds

Hi i am looking for a good place to take pics of birds. I live in the berkshire area and would like natural or bird shows rather then behind cage.

Kites bird of pray etc would be a bonus

Any 1 no of a good area or place to go?

otmoor is a great place to visit just outside oxford

Yes Red Kites in Watlington, there is a public path called The Ridgeway which is a good place to walk. To the West of Oxford and closer to you is Farmoor - http://www.farmoor-birding.com/ I havent been myself but others on the site have.

I've been to Bracknell forest a few times and always see lots of birds, although also a lot of cyclists so not always the easiest!

Bit further to travel but Slimbridge is a great day out or there's another WWT place at Arundle

There is one place that ive been meaning to go to for some time now that is in Berkshire, Dinton Pastures, 135 hectares of wildness and apparently there are some hides there as well.

Thinking about it, I once went to a geocache near winnersh, reading , M4 junc 10. There's a bunch of lakes there that was full of birds.
