Good starter graphics tablet?

I've been wanting to get a graphics tablet for a little while now, I'd like one with a screen so I can see where I'm drawing, I've seen XP-PEN Artist12 11.6" Graphics Drawing Tablet on amazing for 200, has anyone had any usage of this or similar? I'd like to spend as little as possible but obviously half decent one to get me started out.

I'd mainly be doing small drawings and also photo editing in photoshop and lightroom

This tablet looks like an absolute bargain, I've viewed a couple of youtube reviews and it looks a good buy.

It looks a lot better than a starter tablet, the reviews are really praising the qualities and features of this tablet and there is nothing else anywhere near that price point. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, great find.
