Google Chrome and AWW SNAP!

google chrome now wont display ANY web pages- they appear for a nano second then into the aww snap message, cleared the cache, disabled zonealarm, updated AV, changed the default file in Chromes folder to back up default so it would create a new one and nothing works, this is now the second PC that has done this and both PC's have different AV and progs, is chrome just rubbish now or is there a reason and fix for this?
cant see any proper fix on the web

help guys please as all my bookmarks etc etc is under Chrome:bang:

Cant offer a fix, but I can tell you that google chrome is working fine on my laptop, running vista premium. Have you tried a complete reinstall of chrome?

yes, its been working fine on 2 pc's and 3 laptops this last year, one went belly up with chrome about 3 months ago now this ones doing the same- really annoying as I liked chrome and had everything stored using it:bang:

Have you tried these http://techblissonline.com/google-chrome-application-failed-initialize/#Scene_1. The second one (sandbox) seems to be a fairly common fix.
