Overall, this looks like good new for photographers, as instead of displaying the image (that uses can then driectly save) there will be a button to take you to the website instead.

But you can still right-click on the image in Google (above the "Images may be subject to copyright" warning).

Looks like a gesture to Getty's lawyers. Right-clicking still works from an image search (as above) in most browsers, including Google's own Chrome.
