Beginner Google Photo Hosting Question

I tried Google's photo hosting but when you click "get link" and paste it into a forum post only the link appears which requires a second click to open the image and with that comes your name and icon. Is there a way to post images directly from Google Photos with outl the peripherals? Test image:

On Flickr you have to use the BB code rather than the standard web link. Is their an option like this on google photo? I haven't used google photo so I can't say how to do it.

Google is a bit pants if you want to embed a picture in a post. I right click on the photo and copy the image location, then using the forum's insertion tool to paste it in.

I clicked on the link you posted then clicked on the thumbnail to open the photo, right click on the photo and click on copy image location, click on the icon to the right of the smiley face, right click and paste in the box cilck insert,

The image is a little large, try resizing to 800 on the long edge before you upload it

Just FYI on iPad if I touch your link it opens to the thumbnail view and touch-holding on this shows the link and can offered choice to copy (the link). I'll try pasting here:

Which is no good as it only pastes the link :-(

Yes I've gotten some answers but it seems more complicated than it should be and I still don't know if the EXIF is saved.
