Got lucky with the light

This is a memorial to Staffordshire miners who gave their lives in pursuit of coal.
I've taken a lot of shots of it over the years, but this is the best the light has ever been when I'm there.
Only lasted a couple of minutes though.

I've lived in a lot of places. Moved here 15 years ago.

Best place I've ever lived.

Can't understand why it comes so low in these ridiculous surveys of good places to live.
They must measure the wrong things.
