Got this at a boot fair . . .

It's an artist's tracing board. It's a simple but clever little thing . . . and can imagine it proving good lighting possibilities for indoors photography.
It's essentially a plastic box with a florescent strip light behind an A4-sized area of opaque acyrlic.
Even got an off/on switch!

What it looks like turned on in the dark.

Can imagine having fun and games with it once I fully understand my camera more!
Any ideas what I can do with it?

Perhaps I could use it as a "Star Trek" style reading lamp when attached to a wall?

on a more serious note - glasses, food colouring go for it.

stick anything you can find on it
