Grad Filters - sanity check

Hi all

Ive finally decided to give ND grad filters a whirl. Saw a review of the Cokin Z Pro vs the Lee foundation kit holder and the z pro is the one I'll go for.

I want to go for the hitech/formatt 100x150mm filters to use with it. Can anyone just confirm that the 2 are compatible i.e. they use that set up themselves and the hitech filters fit in the z pro holder with enough "grip" ok?

Yep, no problem.

I've got a 100x150 3 stop reverse grad from Hitech and it fits in my Lee holders no problem.

While we're at it does anyone know if the front element rotates when focussing the sigma 10-20mm ?

Is this from experience?

Is this the holder or the ring bit? I think I'll try it without first. With the 85mm filters I would have thought wide angle adapter more likely to be needed, not so much with the 100mm? Also I think with the Z pro you can dismantle the front two slots to minimise risks of vignetting. Mark?
