Aha, you went back. Where is it - River Deben, perhaps?

Same problems as yesterday really. First of all sort your verticals out. It really is easy to stand the house up straight in almost any photo software. Your skies are beginning to make an appearance, which is good. I then think you just need to look at the somewhat soft light/colour/intensity/clarity.

I don't know what software you use, but this is all fairly straightforward stuff, and would make these shots start to sing a bit.
