graphic watermark type thing, any better?

HI I get the feeling the responce will be the same, as the last one I prefer the other one but from what I read from the last post was the fact it could be cropped out do you want this on your final print or just the proofs?

ok thanks for that, I like the first one as the detail was very arty if you know what i mean it sort of said oh im tired cant think of the word whats the guy with big cuffs and collars????? trying to find the first sample but cant could you post a pic of the other one here too? heading off to bed now but might be helpful for the rest of the forum that missed it.

Drop the Bevel/Emboss thing you have going on and just stick it being 'flat,' on the 3rd image none of it is clearly legible so if it's flat then you can change the logo into white/grey/black (or other colours) to suit the image.
Also, use a different typeface for the 'photographer, film maker, editor' bit, you need something that is a bit more rounded - and possibly just keep it all lower case.
Keep it a bit further away from the edges as well, it's too close.
