Lost the battery cover from my D800
Went to eBay and found Carmarthen Cameras offering "genuine" replacement. Not the cheapest, but a UK source.
Ordered one, which arrived 2 days later - post free.
Unfortunately it was faulty. Dismantling it revealed that the plastic "spring" was broken.
Phoned them, assuming they would think that I'd broken the original and was trying it on.
Nice man answered the phone. "Sorry bout that, Mike, I'll pop a replacement in the post" - no questions asked. I offered to send the faulty item back but they said not to bother.
Replacement arrived next day - all OK
