Its not unusual to see ringed GSW's. Hell almost every bird at my local nature reserve seems to be ringed. Guess its good for science but not sure how the birds feel about it though.

No, I was in a light blue t-shirt.

I think I saw the guy in the white shirt - he had a Sigma 800 (or maybe 300-800?) I think?
