Green in Night Sky (Over Grand Canyon)

It's been bothering me all week. I've done a little googling but I'm really not sure what it is. Example below (completely unprocessed - G80, 12mm F2, ISO 3200, 20 sec). Is it "Airglow" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airglow)?

Anyone know what it is? Is it Airglow?

According to an astronomy website, a green glow can be caused by the ionisation of oxygen atoms in the upper atmosphere, a bit like an aurora.
