Hiya Russ, great shot, lovely detail and a good clean bg

Hope you don't mind (again ) but one thing that stuck out to me was the perch needed toning down a little, my eye was drawn to its brightness, a 1 minute job create a 2nd layer, bring the highlights down and brush in

Thanks John - You're right about the over-exposed perch, and Phil has corrected this now in his post. More space on the right? - not sure I agree here; I deliberately cropped like that to avoid too large a blank space for the bird to look into. Yes, the grass really was that green/yellow shade!
