I just spent a couple of hours trying to capture a wren which I'm sure is crossed with an exocet missile, and failed dismally. This guy was very interested in my miserable efforts though.

100-400L, hand held, 1/500 at f5.6 ,800 ISO

wow, that is a corker of a shot, and with the splash of colour from the kerria in the background, looks almost too perfect.
