Another of my long time quarry.
They keep putting in appearances at my local reservoir but the angles to shoot are always bad ...as is the light.Many many failures but something remarkable happened the other day...THESE.
Not perfect but worth a viewing I think.

Yes I know No 3 is the best as far as the pose goes but I felt it was not the best for the detail and colouring.
This was the order they were taken and the light changed in a short time and just after No 3 he was off.
