very nice Mr OG, the bearded collie [??] is very well captured, the spaniel could possibly do with a levels lifted a bit but both good captures of very pretty mutts

Thanks LL. I thought a bout faffing with the levels on the 2nd, but it was taken on a cloudy day, so it reflects reality.

I'm in no rush Paul, but it's looking highly probable. The only other realistic option I see at the moment is the 1DS MK3 and it's going to be difficult to justify that amount of dosh, especially when the 40D will still out-perform it for retaining detail in cropped bird images.
