2 beautiful captures for Broken....the lack of color in the 1st adds a sense of gloom ( for me anyway) that the ship is broken , the colors & vibrancy of shot 2 are great

Agree with Tina number two has the edge. Mainly because of the sky for me.

Number 2 for me Pete, it's the colour.

From the angle of number 1, can we assume you had full access around the hull?
If so, did you take any more snaps of things like the props?

Both fit the theme, but I think I would have to say I prefer #1 for the bleakness, even though the sky is a bit overexposed.

On the second image it looks like your sensor needs a good clean, loads of dust bunnies abound

Hi Peter, number 1 for me also, I always wish I could get into dry docks to get up close to the boats.

No2 for me, as said it's the sky that makes it and I like the gun oof gun barrel which leads the eye in. Plenty in the photo to keep the eyes busy without being too much.

Thanks for all the comments, the reason for the difference is shot over two different days. I couldn't get into the dry dock the first day and then it was overcast and miserable which is why the grey skys.

But again thanks for the comments, now for "Bright". Hmmm?
