It feels like a snapshot to me - adequately records the scene, but does nothing to interest the viewer or draw the eye. Composition is weak with lots of space above the guards and having their heads near the vertical centre of the frame is almost always a poor choice.
You had one guard looking at you - a better shot would have been to zoom in and capture a half-body portrait. I'd have been cheeky and asked if he would have pretended to fire the gun at me & I have taken a portrait looking down the barrel!
