While in Bala waiting for my brother, went down to the lake to try and get some BIF. It's quite fun tracking them!

Gulls make good BIF practice targets

Tracking's worked just fine looking at those! It may be worth trialling both AF and manual focus...I find the latter can work in extremes quite well

Thanks hmmm...don't think I'm up to MF for a while yet - just keeping them in the frame is pretty hard!
