hahnel battery problems

i have just brought 2 new hahnel HL-XM500 batterys for my sony a77
and both of them will not charge, i have tried them in 2 diffrent chargers at home and 2 chragers at jessops.

none would work, the place i brough them from said they will look in to the matter but will not do anything about them till i can prove both are faulty.

has anybody else has had any problems with these batterys? before i chuck any more money away at this brand or genuine sony batterys.
 
Before contacting Hähnel, take some close-up shots of the battery to include in the mail...

I've just received the invoice for my D300s from Nikon Service, and it says, the battery is a fake!

I have had 2 hahnel batterys for my a37 and they have never been a problem lol

I have sent hahnel a email about this issue and will wait to hear back from them, i have now also taken photos of them following your advice.

I presume you didn't buy them from Jessops - when you tried them in Jessops, did they say anything / give you any advice ?
