Hi there fairly new here so hello, I have got a problem with my flash, it will not fire! Also the angle display is showing always upwards, furthermore the body is now spinning all the way around. has anyone else had this?
 
It's broken - not likely to be an economical repair.

If looking for a new flash I recommend Godox - the best 'system' flash out there.
 
Took it back to Jessops and they have replaced it no quibbles. Excellent.
