She has lovely eyes. I would like to see it slightly sharper with more contrast. Some might take issue with the tight framing, I think it works.

Similar to Gary, I like tight framing, especially with great eyes (as you have captured). A bit of the cheek has been blown, and I'd like to see a bit more contrast.

Reiterating the eyes comment, wow, they really do stand out, rather like the overall picture myself but then I am no expert!
