Hair in lens

I just noticed a tiny hair inside my 85mm 1.8 lens, you can't really see it in the pictures from what I can tell but how does a 5mm bit if hair get in there and what can I do?

Does it have tiny tendrils or is it a solid edged thing, if you shake the lens does it move? Just saying in case its fungus, if its a hair and stuck then not much you can do without taking apart and cleaning though if its on the outer element you wont see it on pictures.
