Has anyone else here got one of these?
I got one recently and cant get the break beam to work.
It works perfectly well as a standard remote release, but the break beam aspect just isnt working.
I can see the sender unit is emitting IR light, but the shutter will only fire if i tilt the sender from horizontal to vertical. Any other movement or breaking of the beam results in nothing.
I've emailed Hama for assistance but havent had a response.
If anyone here has one, and can get it to work can you let me know what I'm doing wrong please! Hopefully its just me being thick, but i think the unit is faulty.
