Not much detail, would look good if you good see the colour of the water better, and if the sun wasn't so bright and more detail in colour of the sky

Have to agree with above. It looks promising but really needs another try, perhaps using a grad filter or poloriser. You may be better metering differently too. Have you tried any PP on it?

Also stutes have you tried going out earlier when the sun is less bright and getting shots like that, as i do find early morning shots are better at times!
