Hard drive install

I added a 2nd hard drive to my pc this morning but it doesnt show in "My Computer " section of my pc. If i go to device managed then it shows in there. Its just a 2nd internaldrive to copy images on to but something has gone wrong.

youll probably need to go into disk management and format and/or assign it a drive letter.

Found disc management so now?-- it says it unallocatated and unintialised
