I like the idea, but, there are a few points that spoil it for me, sorry if im being harsh.
It seems a bit dark, it seems Very over-sharpened (could be due to web-resize) the bloke on the phone is too OOF and too near the edge of frame to look like he was intentionally captured. I feel if you had have taken the shot from the other side, showing the players face and expressions it would have worked better.

I have to agree with everything Dreeder said there. I'd be inclined to reprocess it and crop tighter on the left - there's nothing there of interest, and it would concentrate attention on the main subject. That's an unusual instrument for a street musician.... good capture.
