This is my first thread as i am new to this forum.

It was a foggy nite so i thought id go to Harwich Quay in Essex to take some photos:)

They're all out of focus

1 shows some promise if you retake it with a higher shutter speed. The rest i would bin

Did you use a tripod for these? at night its a must

Ive only got a basic digital camera. Havnt got the equipment for brilliant pics:(
They are just for a bit of fun.
 
sorry if it sounds harsh, it wasn't meant that way. you can still take good pictures with a basic Point and Shoot :) you can still use a tripod with a Point & Shoot.

Your showing good composition with that first shot so don't give up. We all have to start somewhere

welcome to TP Lloyd. Not the best photos ive seen posted on here, but like you say, its all about having fun. Keep having fun and the more fun you have the better your photos will be. The forums here are full of excellent pieces of advice and also people that are willing to give it. Happy snapping.
