Has anyone had a problem with Nikon Cashback

I am having a real problem getting a £60 Cashback from Nikon, I filled all the forms in and have received no cheque so I phoned them up and the said they had posted it out, but still not received, I phoned a second time and the person told me to ring back another day, on my third phonecall the woman said I have your cheque here but then said its been sent out, how can she have the cheque when they say they have sent it out.

Now they tell me I have to wait another 17 days for the cheque to be cancelled with the bank and for another to be sent out, seems to me they are playing games.

Anyone else having problems?
 
Hi Geoff, sorry to hear you're having problems. I think you must just be a bit unlucky as both times I've qualified for a cash-back deal the cheque has arrived within about 3 weeks.

Hope that makes you feel a little better :)
 
Would you adam and eve it, cheque arrived today 1 month after posting, it has to go back to Nikon so they can issue another.

Not to rub salt in a wound - but at least you know how long to wait for the next one to arrive....
