Ever used a jessops 2x or 1.4x teleconverter for canon?
I'm just asking this because I want a teleconverter but i want to know if the canon teleconveters are worth the extra 100+ pounds??!

A good middle ground would be the Kenko teleconverters for about £80

Canon tele convertors can only be used with a limited number of canon L lenses as there is a projection in the front which will foul the rear glass on non listed lenses. See the canon site for compatable lenses. Ihave both a canon and a jessops in my kit but try not to use either
