I would say yes, the front of the bike is out of focus slighly while the back is sharp. But he only above this hight sign is in sharp.
But why would you photoshop that bike in the background ?.

To make it look like you own something that you don't, possibly so you can sell it!
To the OP if it was me and I had any doubts I'd ask for a picture that included the bike and the frontpage of one of todays papers.
