Nah, it was vaseline!
Just kidding... it's a photoshopped tilt/shift effect image... at the same time I found out how to do them I came across another site where some tilt shift lens purists were getting hot under the collar about these craven images... thought it best placed in a non judgemental area of this site... just in case... Ha ha!I love the effect... saves building a model... and some of the other images i've seen are spectacular.
