Hawthorn Shield Bug on Spirea Goldflame

Captured hand-held yesterday in our garden with FZ330, Raynox 150 and KX800 twin flash. Batch processed with DXO Optics Pro and Silkypix Developer Pro, and image-specific adjustments in Lightroom. There are 1300 pixel high versions in this album at Flickr.

Thanks Alby. Having tried various setups (dSLR, MFT, both with and without macro lenses), I've pretty much settled on bridge + achromat for invertebrates. (Prefer a larger sensor camera lens for flowers though.)

Thanks Clive. I think I might have pushed one of the flashes forwards and turned it up so as to illuminate the background. I did that for one set of shots on that Spirea in the last day or two, but I don't remember if this was the one. It is a useful option with the bendy arms.
