Haze on rear element?

Just bought a new lens and noticed a light haze across the rear element. Got a microfibre cloth and cleaned it off fine but just had me thinking whether it was anything to worry about? Signs of mistreatment or some kind of lens rot in the future?

Came fully sealed from reputable reatiler so I'm sure it's new. I strongly suspect I'm just being a bit oversentive about my new purchase so do I just need to stop worrying?

Probably caused by careless cleaning leaving a deposit. If it has gone now I would not give it another thought.

Stop worrying, was probably condensation or something.
