Just been notified by a mate on Facebook that there's a helicopter low flying exercise over south beach in Aberystwyth this afternoon at 3pm! Just thought I'd give anyone around Aber a heads up!

I may or may not be there as I've got a meeting at 2pm and I've no idea what time it'll finish. If I turn up I hope to see others there too! :)
 
Bugger I am at least a hours drive away. Wounder if they been up the loop?
 
still nothing but hearing lots of high jets, bet the loop has been busy today.
 
Theres been alot of High jets over here today, but for the last couple of days, there seems to have been several Hawks on training manouvers flying around, very low, pulling up high, banking left and decending very quickly and sharply I thought perharps a G test???? Any idea?
 
Didn't go! Meeting over ran and I missed it all but it's been pouring down with rain so I'm not sure if it still went ahead :shrug:
 
Was around the area and nothing turned up as of 3:45 but the weather was pretty poor as was the light.
