Hello, from a beginner, looking for a new camera D7000?

Hi, I've been directed to the site by some kind people on my local facebook page. I currentely have a Nikon D40 with a couple of lenses. I'm looking for an upgrade with a small budget of £400 - £500 tops. I love to take family pictures, especially as we have just had our 3rd daughter. I also like taking landscapes, guess thats because I live in west cornwall and have some great views. I was told there is a D7000 in the trade section but as a new member I cant view it. Could someone please pass on more information on it?

The d7K was my upgrade from a D40x. It is a whole lot more sophisticated but opens up the world to commander flash, d series lenses and more.

If you buy one get your head around easy ISO and auto ISO and the U1 and U2 modes and also focus point selection
