Hello to you all. Complete newbie here. I'm afraid you won't learn anything from me as I need all the help and advice I can get. I'm about to buy a Canon EOS 60D body and a fast 50 lens for general use, nothing specific. Hope you all don't get fed up with my newbie questions.
 
Welcome to the forum fella! The nifty fifty, 1.8 or anything faster are all fantastic lenses so great staring point!
