Hi! I'm a professional photographer and this is my first post. I've been asked to make a long term time lapse film, over one year. It's a landscape scene, but relatively accessible; I should be able to visit weekly, or every other week, to check everything is ok. It's going to be made using a Canon EOS 6D, operated by a canon intervalometer, taking a picture, probably, every hour. I'm trying to sort out an external power source system, running a 12V leisure battery, and have posted about that on the equipment forum as I need advice about the inverter I'll need to use. The whole caboodle will be housed in a locked pelican case, mounted on two posts, set in a concrete base. If anyone has experience and/or advice about this sort of endeavour, I'd love to hear about it, especially any potential pitfalls I should be aware of! Many thanks in advance and very best wishes. Richard
