Hi

sorry for sounding dumb but can anyone advise the type of lenses that would fit on a sony A390 camera

i have an 18-70mm one that came with the camera when i bought it

i'm looking for a 50mm one

just all a bit confusing at the moment

Have a look for minolta 50mm f1.7 af usually around £70 or the newer Sony f1.8 or if the budget allows the Sony 50mm f1.4
I upgraded my kit lens to a tamron 17-50 f2.8 big step up in my opinion from the 18-70 you lose a bit at the long end but image quality is a damn sight better I found
