Help choosing between 2 Sony setups

I am looking at 2 different setups any suggestions, this will be used for holiday pics , dog walking pics , landscapes etc.

Kit 1: Sony NEX 7 plus 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS lens

Kit 2: Sony NEX 5N plus Sony 50mm F1.8 OSS

Both coming in at the £300 mark

One biggie for me would be EVF or no EVF.

I much prefer using an EVF to back screen shooting so I'd go for the Nex 7 every time. You can always save up and add a prime later, a standard range zoom and a fast prime would probably cover most peoples needs

Yup, no EVF/OVF = no purchase for me.
