Help Connecting Nikon D7500 to TELESCOPE

Good evening all,
My dad has a Celestron Nexstar 6se
and I believe it is possible to connect my Nikon D7500 to it with the right adaptors etc.
Could anybody point me in the right direction as to what is required?

Thanks Hadron so just the Nikon T-Ring and the quotes T-Adaptor (50mm??)
