Help digesting this image

Hi guys new here. I'm looking for a little help with figuring out a rough lighting diagram/ type of light source from this shot from Brian Kuhlmann.

From the shadow the light seems quite directional, though the right side (our left) of the models face is nicely light. Could this be a straight on fill light? ring flash? reflector? Would the main light source be some kind of beauty dish?

I've only a fairly basic lighting setup with softboxes and light through umbrellas. Neither of these seem to get me the crispness or harshness of the lighting in the example.

Is it likely the vignette is added in post? would a ring flash give us this?

Appreciate in advance any help or suggestions!

I cant seem to get the image to display in the post preview so heres a link-

The main light is from the right (see leg shadows) but I suspect theres another big soft light maybe above right (looks like a second lighter shadow) and possibily a fill left (or reflector)
